About Our Client

Our client is an international Automotive TIER1 company who is already present on the Polish market. Many years of international activity and development allowed our client to play a key role in the forefront of companies in this sector. Supporting the further development of the company, we are now looking for a candidate who would be interested in taking up long-term cooperation on the position of Program Manager with German Language.

Job Description

• Direct program execution using CPI program management tools.
• Ensure program meets quality, cost, performance, and timing targets, aligning with financial objectives.
• Lead all communication with the customer, participating in meetings and visits.
• Organize customer visits to client facilities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Establish and manage functional Program Development Teams (PdT), overseeing reviews and issue prioritization.
• Escalate program risks to functional leaders, developing recovery plans for effective mitigation.
• Trigger corrective actions when program metrics deviate from initial commitments.
• Manage and coordinate program Design Reviews and Enterprise Reviews, distributing tasks to various functional areas.
• Lead program communication through preparation and attendance at Customer Project Reviews.
• Develop and execute Profit Recovery (CIP) Plan to ensure the program achieves business case commitments.
• Structure and maintain program timelines, aligning them with customer schedules and ensuring coherence across functional areas.
• Regularly update the Web CPI for the Program.

The Successful Applicant

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business administration, providing a solid foundation for program management.
• Brings a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and industrial launch of programs, serving in roles as a program team member or program manager.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing programs at a global level, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within multi-functional, multi-site team environments, and adept at facilitating and leading teamwork.
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with a proficiency level of at least C1.
• Familiarity with product costing and Business Case (BCase), indicating a comprehensive understanding of financial aspects in program management.
• Displays resilience and the ability to thrive under internal and external pressure, ensuring the successful fulfillment of assignments even in high-stress situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to seek and analyze customer feedback to comprehend and effectively communicate customer needs.
• Proficient in defending enterprise business interests in front of customers without compromising relationships.
• Well-versed in utilizing essential IT tools such as Web CPI, Excel, and PowerPoint, showcasing technological proficiency for effective program management.
