Job Title: Customer Service Representative at Kaizen Rent

Kaizen Rent is a young and dynamic company in the Car Rental industry, operating for six years. We offer flexible short- and medium-term vehicle rental tailored to both individual and corporate clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer service for vehicle pick-up and return,
  • Maintaining the fleet's technical and visual condition,
  • Checking vehicle equipment,
  • You may also be asked to deliver a vehicle to another branch or service center,
  • You will also be responsible for taking the vehicle to the car wash, refueling, or reporting any issues. We want you to feel safe driving our vehicles, just like our customers,
  • We will provide you with all the necessary tools for work. Tablet, navigation, support from Customer Service, branch employees, or service center,
  • Category B driving license,
  • Availability every weekend (Saturday, Sunday),,
  • Basic technical knowledge in automotive,
  • Creativity in problem-solving,
  • Good work organization,
  • Punctuality, honesty, commitment, independence

Data Protection Clause for Candidates:

Employees and Collaborators

  1. Kaizen Rent S.A. based in Lubin at ul. Gen. Józefa Bema 8 (KRS: is the Personal Data Administrator (referred to as the Administrator) of employee and collaborator candidates, hereinafter referred to as Candidates
  2. Candidate's personal data are processed by the Administrator for the purpose of:
  3. conducting employee and collaborator recruitment,
  4. for future recruitment purposes, provided that the Candidate consents to such processing.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the Candidate to participate in the recruitment process. In particular, the Administrator has the right to request Candidates to provide or document personal data specified in art. 221 1 of the Labor Code of 26 June 1974 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended) or personal data necessary to conclude a civil law contract.
  6. The Administrator processes personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 2 above. In addition, in case the Candidate consents to the processing of personal data for future recruitment purposes as mentioned in point 2 letter b above, the Administrator will process such data for that purpose for a period of three years from the date of consent or until the Candidate withdraws consent. Personal data may be processed for a longer period than indicated in this point, if such obligation imposed on the Administrator results from specific legal provisions.
  7. The source of personal data processed by the Administrator are Candidates, i.e., individuals to whom the data relate.
  8. The legal basis for processing Candidate's personal data is:
  9. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., necessity to take action at the request of the Candidate before concluding a contract, or
  10. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., the Candidate's consent to the processing of personal data for specific purposes, when other legal grounds for the processing of personal data do not apply, especially concerning the processing of special categories of personal data (sensitive data) of the Candidate and processing Candidate's data for future recruitment purposes.
  11. Candidate's personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR provisions. In the event personal data are transferred to third countries, Candidates will be informed in advance, and the Administrator will apply safeguards as referred to in Chapter V of the GDPR.
  12. The Administrator does not disclose personal data to third parties without the explicit consent of the data subject. Personal data may be disclosed without the consent of the data subject solely to public authorities, i.e., authorities, and administration bodies (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement authorities, and other entities authorized by applicable law, such as the Social Insurance Institution or Tax Office) in cases provided by universally applicable law.
  13. Candidate's personal data are not subject to profiling by the Administrator within the meaning of the GDPR provisions.
  14. In accordance with the GDPR provisions, Candidates have the right to:
  15. be informed about the processing of personal data referred to in Article 12 of the GDPR,
  16. access their personal data as referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR,
  17. correct, supplement, update, rectify personal data referred to in Article 16 of the GDPR,
  18. erase data (right to be forgotten) as referred to in Article 17 of the GDPR,
  19. limit processing as referred to in Article 18 of the GDPR,
  20. data portability as referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR,
  21. object to the processing of personal data as referred to in Article 21 of the GDPR,
  22. in the case of the legal basis referred to in point 7 letter b above - the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  23. not be subject to profiling, as referred to in Article 22 in conjunction with Article 4(4) of the GDPR,
  24. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), as referred to in Article 77 of the GDPR,

taking into account the rules of using and exercising these rights arising from the GDPR provisions.

  1. If Candidates want to exercise their rights as mentioned in the preceding point, they should send a message by electronic mail or in writing to the email address or mailing address mentioned in point 12 below.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Konrad Cioczek. All inquiries, requests, and complaints regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as Reports, should be addressed to the email address: or in writing to the following address of the Administrator: ul.   3. The Report should clearly indicate:
  4. the data of the person or people concerned by the Report,
  5. the event that is the reason for the Report,
  6. present your requests and the legal basis for these requests,
  7. indicate the expected way of handling the matter.
