About the Role & Team

We have an exciting Internship opportunity in our Disney+ Customer Management & Retention team in Central Europe. This role will be crucial in enhancing customer retention across the CE region, focusing on Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. This internship offers a chance to learn digital customer marketing in a leading streaming service. You will collaborate with local and regional teams to manage engagement and retention campaigns, enhance product optimization, and ensure Disney+ subscribers fully enjoy our content.

We provide a 12-month paid internship with an employment contract. Candidates must be students, available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and able to work at our Warsaw office four days a week.

What You Will Do

  • Curating CEE communication calendar
  • Coordinating content campaigns for email, mobile, CTV, and in-app platforms
  • Localizing assets and copy for 5 CE markets
  • Collaborating across teams (marketing, analytics, legal, performance)
  • Contributing to product development and enhancing user experience
  • Coordinating subscriber communication across 5 CEE markets
  • Learning and utilizing top-class digital CRM tools
  • Conducting data analytics and preparing presentations and reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for Disney brand
  • Interest in marketing, business, management, or data analytics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in one of the CE languages and English
  • Team player with a positive and open-minded approach
  • Good proficiency in MS Office
