You'll use your software and application expertise to support solution implementation.

How You Contribute

You'll be pivotal in crafting innovative Data & Analytics products and enhancing current solutions. Leveraging Enterprise Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Alteryx, you'll turn raw data into valuable insights, steering strategic business decisions and bolstering our success.

  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate data visualization and analytics needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
  • Create initial dashboard prototypes for alignment and feedback.
  • Analyze data sources thoroughly, designing end-to-end data processing logic.
  • Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Utilize Alteryx for data management and advanced analytics, ensuring data integrity during processing.
  • Validate data accuracy in Tableau dashboards for reliable insights.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for efficient data retrieval and user experience.
  • Provide training to end-users on Tableau dashboard utilization.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal and external teams, contributing to project management for new deployments and improvements.
  • Contribute to DevOps initiatives for cloud development and deployment best practices.
  • Uphold top-notch security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing products for optimal functionality.
  • Stay abreast of the latest company standards and architectural guidelines.

Your Expertise

Aim to steer your future and advance your career. Bring skills and knowledge in:

Technical skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of Tableau dashboard development experience.
  • Expertise in optimizing Tableau dashboard performance.
  • Experience with SAP/HANA and other data sources.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data manipulation.

Project Management:

  • Ability to estimate, plan, and document projects.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Ownership and end-to-end project management capability.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Position Details:

Ensure optimized service delivery aligned with business needs and service operational strategies. Plan, measure, report service improvements, and act as a consultant on problem resolution.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
