- Your responsibilities as a Territory & Product Manager:
- Drive market adoption of the product and adoption of the procedure in all healthcare settings by executing a market development strategy in close collaboration and alignment with the UroHys Global and Regional and Country BU strategic direction.
- Supporting international collaboration with regional and EMEA marketing functions with a focus on the Polish market, planning and executing local marketing activities targeting urology healthcare professionals and BPH patients.
- Support and create market access and reimbursement conditions for a new, specific procedure by working with external contractors and internal colleagues. Execute economic and access strategy with local governments, associations, healthcare providers & payers.
- Provision of guidance on the adaptation of European clinical and economic value propositions to local market needs
- Identify and onboard centers of excellence and continuously generate and engage with leads to build and leverage influence within the local key opinion network.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the BPH market environment and competitive dynamics in your country and supporting region. Gather market intelligence, competitor activity & product updates, customer reactions and share with local and EMEA colleagues.
- Plan, execute and control schedules, budget costs/estimates and analysis; evaluate performance against plan to achieve set objectives on a regular basis to local/regional and EMEA management.
- In close collaboration with professional education colleagues and the field application specialist, plan and implement a training program for physicians adopting a new procedure.
- Work collaboratively across all Commercial Business Units to ensure effective partnership with local and regional Olympus colleagues to identify, develop and support clinician education through regional and local educational events.
- Represent Olympus at national and international congresses focusing on innovative BPH treatments. Support the facilitation of international collaboration within the global business unit for this therapeutic area.
