About Project:

Join our team working on the innovative 'FIS' (Freight Information System), a cutting-edge ERP software for container lines. We are seeking tech-savvy individuals to help us navigate the challenges ahead and drive growth in our industry. Specifically focusing on 'Network & Marine Operation', we are on the lookout for a skilled solution architect to contribute to the transformation and future success of Hapag-Lloyd.

As part of the 'Network & Marine Operation' cluster, you will play a key role in reshaping our technological landscape. Your responsibilities will include crafting cluster architecture, aligning technologies across clusters, and guiding the migration from a monolithic system to modular solutions.

You will collaborate with multiple developer teams, identify migration steps, and ensure seamless integration and communication mechanisms. Your proactive approach to architectural decisions will be instrumental in driving the transformation journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Detailing the migration path to modular systems
  • Overseeing dependencies
  • Developing FIS architectural guidelines
  • Implementing architectural solutions
  • Conducting architectural reviews
  • Enforcing interface standards
  • Supporting migration strategy development
  • Ensuring architectural standards implementation
Requirements Expected:
  • BSc/MSc in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in architectural design of distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience in system migrations
  • Knowledge of integration architectures and event-driven systems
  • Proficiency in Java/JEE and CI/CD
  • Expertise in AWS and containerization (Docker)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work on-site at least 3 days a week
