Job Description

This position is all about keeping the online world safe and clean. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing various types of content like text, images, videos, and more to ensure they meet the necessary guidelines. It's your job to spot any content that doesn't belong and take the necessary actions. Additionally, you'll need to be on top of all the latest policies and guidelines to guarantee a safe online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with content policies and guidelines
  • Analyze online content for compliance
  • Identify and flag non-compliant content
  • Provide feedback for process improvements
  • Train team members on daily tasks
  • Meet performance metrics set by the manager
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic project

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Dutch (min B2) and English (min B2)
  • Prior experience in content moderation would be beneficial
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trust & Safety Experience, especially in content labeling/moderation
  • Neutral mindset for classifying digital content
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Accurate and critical work approach
