Responsibilities

  • Leading meticulous implementation, customization, and optimization of MES platforms.
  • Overseeing end-to-end MES solution implementation, from requirements gathering to optimization.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless MES system operation.
  • Analyzing manufacturing processes, proposing innovative MES-driven solutions for enhanced productivity and quality.
  • Facilitating interoperability between MES and other IT & OT systems for real-time data exchange.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align MES solutions with business objectives.
  • Keeping abreast of MES technologies and industrial trends for continuous improvement.
  • Managing change initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades in manufacturing environments.
  • Implementing robust change control processes and ensuring stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinating with various teams to achieve successful MES implementations.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge & experience with MES software systems, including implementation, configuration, customization & optimization.
  • Proficiency with leading MES platforms such as DELMIA, Siemens SIMATIC IT, Wonderware MES, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating MES systems with ERP, PLM, and Automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, regulations, Industry 4.0 principles, and cybersecurity protocols for compliant MES implementations.

Nice to have:

  • Strong understanding of programming languages like SQL, JAVA, .NET, etc.
  • Experience with field devices (sensors, PLCs, robots, cobots) and networking configurations.
  • Basic understanding of additional programming languages (C#, VB, Power Apps) and automation stack for integration.
  • Ability to analyse complex manufacturing processes and propose innovative solutions
