Your role in a nutshell

As a Senior Art Director, you'll be at the helm of creativity, driving visual storytelling and shaping brand identities. Your role encapsulates leading and inspiring a team of designers, guiding them through the creative process to deliver compelling and impactful visual solutions. Join us in redefining the art of storytelling and leave your mark on the world of design.

What keeps you busy during the day:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of diverse marketing materials, spanning from website designs to social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Ensure all designs resonate seamlessly with our client's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and excellence across all platforms.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends and emerging technologies, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Effective communication skills in English are a must.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

Digital Expertise:
  • Showcase a robust portfolio brimming with a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), with familiarity in other Adobe CC tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, coupled with the ability to independently craft campaign visuals for both print and digital mediums.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality control.
  • Basic knowledge of the creative opportunities presented by Generative AI, with ideation experience considered a plus.

Print Proficiency:
  • Mastery in preparing files for printing, adhering to various specifications and production methods.
  • Expertise in working with color profiles commonly used in print techniques.
  • Knack for seamlessly transitioning between Adobe Creative Suite programs to deliver files in various graphic formats.
  • Ability to curate high-quality packaging visualizations and source photos from designated stock libraries.
