Role: Subject Matter Expert – Oracle Unifier (Project Delivery and Cost Controls)

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Poland)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Unifier Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. In this role, you will provide Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) for Oracle Unifier, serving a Europe-based company specializing in energy solutions. You will leverage your expertise in project delivery and project controls to map customer requirements and user stories to the Oracle Unifier tool. Your deep knowledge of Oracle Unifier's project delivery and cost control modules, along with proficiency in the custom workflow design tool UDesigner, will be critical. As the Onsite Oracle Unifier support lead, you will collaborate with offshore teams on support, implementation, and integration initiatives involving Oracle Unifier and other ERP applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise in project delivery and cost control modules of Oracle Unifier.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, architect solutions, and deliver client demos.
  • Utilize your firm understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier to create forms, reports, workflows, and custom business processes, as well as configure cost sheets and cash flows.
  • Lead the design and architecture of new solutions integrating Oracle Primavera P6, Unifier, Analytics, and PIF.
  • Collaborate within a team environment to analyze, develop, document, and test the Unifier application and its integration with ERP and other enterprise applications.
  • Guide the offshore team based in India in configuring and supporting the Unifier application according to customer requirements and user stories.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of robust experience in the project controls domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier is mandatory; experience with integration between Unifier and other enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in PIF (Project Integration Framework) with the capability to build and maintain PIF adapters for integrating Unifier with other enterprise applications.
  • Experienced in architecting solutions involving Oracle Primavera Unifier, P6 EPPM, Primavera Analytics, and PIF.
  • Background in the manufacturing industry, particularly in project controls, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Primavera integration tools such as Primavera Gateway or custom integration with ERP applications is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies like APIs and Webservices is an added advantage.
