Senior Manager Software Engineering – .NET

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and enhance internal development methodologies utilizing .NET and associated technologies
- Oversee the agile development process within the framework of DevOps practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospective
- Offer technical expertise to aid in release planning, including breaking down user stories, assigning tasks, and refining the backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of IT dependencies
- Incorporate best practices and insights from sprint execution to optimize team productivity
- Design and implement enhancements or new services that are scalable, resilient, secure, and loosely coupled, capable of detecting and alerting on production errors, capturing and persisting behavioral and performance metrics, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, and senior technologists to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and quality delivery
- Ensure operational excellence for full-stack services
- Proven experience in managing both onsite and virtual teams of 5 or more members
- Proficiency in core .NET stack
- Familiarity with full-stack technologies, including .NET, C#, and JavaScript
- Expertise in Restful API development
- Hands-on experience with agile development practices, CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins
- Ability to lead and actively contribute to discussions on application and system architecture
- Experience in developing instrumentation for software components to enable real-time and remote troubleshooting and performance monitoring
