In the role of Manager Category Finance FP&A Poland & Baltics, you will:
- Be the manager in a team responsible for the financial integrity and performance of two business units: Poland & Baltic states with focus on categories lens and FP&A
- Perform planning and forecasting , monitor and adjust execution of assumptions, oversight monthly reporting process, support delivery of overall objectives on a timely manner
- Cooperate & manage the third party providers
- Provide partnership and support to Senior Managers and Directors in data collection and preparation of business proposals
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place
- Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
What you need to be successful:
- Solid commercial / FP&A finance experience, preferably with previous interactions with HQ
- Min 4 years' experience in managing teams / processes
- Ability to operate in complex matrix environment across various teams, in different locations
- Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective
- Well organized with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- University degree (major in Finance/ Economics);
- Fluency in English and Polish; international experience is a benefit
