RtR (Junior) Accountant for DLH

  • Processing of intercompany invoices (incoming and outgoing) in compliance with the policies and procedures
  • Settlement of receivables and payables between Group Companies
  • Monthly/Yearly accruals – posting & dissolving.
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet and P&L items between Lufthansa Group Companies (WIP Clearing & Reconciliation)
  • Processing of open items on vendor and customer accounts and clearing activities (reconciliation/clarification)
  • Monthly & Yearly closing tasks
  • Fixed assets accounting
  • Preparation data for polish VAT declaration
  • Active communication with internal customers and business units
  • Keeping documentation updated
  • Supporting process development and CI initiatives

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

  • You have a university degree or accomplished 3rd year of studies preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • You have minimum 1 year of professional experience in GL/Fixed Assets/AP/AR for Accountant position
  • Very good English min. B2 (verbal and written)
  • German knowledge will be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
  • Good skills of working with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience from airline accounting will be an asset
  • Customer-focused individual
  • You are proactive, diligent, and independent
