Your role:

We're looking for outstanding Site Manager to our site in Gorzów Wlkp. We need a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is looking for a good challenge, and who is dedicated to creating and developing great customer relationships. You've got to be sharp, and you must be on your game every day... because you will be an essential part of everyday life.

What will we do together?
  1. You'll be held accountable for your site's P&L - a direct result of the customer relationships.
  2. You'll lead managers who are well-trained, motivated, and ready to support your direction.
  3. You'll set the tone for your leadership team and everyone on the floor.
  4. Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles.
Who are we looking for?
  1. 2+ years of experience in managing logistic operations.
  2. English language – high level (written and spoken).
  3. Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below.
  4. Sound understanding and experience of operational processes.
  5. Ability to build and maintain customer relationship.
  6. Capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site.
  7. Ability to develop and deploy medium and long term resource plans for the site.
  8. Negotiation skills, ability to influence.
  9. Communication and presentation skills.
  10. Stakeholder management.
  11. Project management skills.
  12. Ability to lead change initiatives.
