Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Senior IAM Specialist (CyberArk) to join our team in Krakow. The person in this role will be responsible for managing identities and access in IT systems, with a focus on the CyberArk platform. Daily tasks will include configuring and maintaining IAM systems, monitoring and responding to security incidents, creating and updating security policies, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies globally. The project is dedicated to a client in the FinTech sector (DACH region) who needs someone to support them in IAM (using the CyberArk application).

Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems from the perspective of PIM integration and debugging, with knowledge of basic network and security concepts.
  • Exposure to virtual environments with experience in integrating ESX, ESXi hosts with a PIM solution and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Drafting documentation at high, low, and runbook levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio.
  • Knowledge of IM tools - Jira, Valuemation.
  • Over 2 years of experience as Operations Lead for CyberArk.
  • Experience in onshore/offshore environments and a documented track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global partners.
  • CyberArk Defender certification is required, Sentry certification is a plus.
  • Leading a team to respond to technical inquiries as a strong team member.
  • Monitoring the health status of all CyberArk servers to ensure continuous system availability for end users.
  • Auditing accounts and working on various reports, user login issues on servers, and user permission issues as per requirements.
  • Active participation in project implementation and demonstrating strong technical leadership.
  • Willingness to travel when required for on-site deployment at the client's premises.
