Expectations:

Moldovan native speaker,

strong interpersonal and communication abilities,

experience as a recruiter with a successful placement record is an advantage,

valid driving license is an additional advantage.

Tasks:

manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding,

develop effective recruitment strategies,

conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers,

utilize various recruitment channels and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS),

ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
