Join Our Team as a Group Transfer Pricing Specialist

Are you a proactive team player with a passion for finance and tax? Domo Chemicals is seeking a dedicated Group Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Corporate Tax Team. You will be instrumental in managing transfer pricing (TP) topics across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing intercompany transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in either our office in Poland or partially in home office, collaborating closely with the Transfer Pricing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and Maintain TP Policies: Develop and monitor TP guidelines that align with global tax strategies and comply with local regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing TP processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• TP Calculations and Adjustments: Prepare and review quarterly and year-end TP calculations.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure continuous compliance with TP regulations for intercompany transactions by evaluating and reviewing methodologies.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage TP projects effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Financial Analyses: Perform financial analyses to assess the impact of changes in TP methods or flows.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on global TP regulations and analyze their potential impact on the Group's policies.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive TP awareness and compliance within the group.
• Advisory Support: Provide timely and relevant tax advice on TP aspects in an international context.
• Audit Assistance: Support in TP audits and provide guidance to local finance managers and other stakeholders.
• Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing local and central TP documentation ensuring timely completion and filing.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, preferably with a post-graduate in taxation. Certified tax advisor is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a multinational corporation or a tax consulting firm (Big 4).
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good business acumen and general accounting/finance knowledge.
• Affinity with digitalization and proficiency in tax research tools and financial systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to Belgium Headquarter regularly (30% of the time in the first 6 months).
