As an Implementation Specialist you will be a part of experienced and well-knitted team. You will closely cooperate with business users from Electrification all over the world. You will be introducing local organizations to eCommerce platform, but you will also be the bridge between them and application team for any adjustments.

Your responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate implementation of an eCommerce platform to the ABB environment globally
  • Support local team with project management expertise, business process understanding and IT expertise in issues resolution
  • Propose technical implementation plan and compile project documentation
  • Define and document new business requirements based on the needs
  • Plan and run UAT activities
  • Actively work on process improvements
  • Communicate to stakeholders, including news, skills; announcements and metrics reporting
Your background
  • 2+ years of experience in leading implementation projects.
  • Degree in technical field.
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with business users.
  • Self-driven, pro-active individual.
  • Well-organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced usage of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of Business Online and Order Management Services applications.
  • Exposure to the technologies like: SQL DB, XML, JSON would be an advantage.
