Poszukujemy kandydata dla naszego flagowego Międzynarodowego Klienta, producenta oprogramowania, elektroniki użytkowej, rozwiązań audio dla konsumentów oraz przedsiębiorstw z branż: motoryzacyjnej, mobilnej, telekomunikacyjnej, muzycznej oraz medycznej.

ZADANIA:

Zapewnisz klientom wysokiej jakości wsparcie techniczne przez telefon, e-mail i na miejscu
Zapewnisz wsparcie zespołu sprzedaży kwalifikującego nowe możliwości
Zarządzisz śledzeniem spraw, ustalaniem priorytetów i eskalacją do globalnego wsparcia / badań i rozwoju
Opracujesz demonstracje narzędzi dla produktów na różnych platformach
Terminowe reagowanie na problemy zgłaszane przez klientów (realizacja celów SLA)
Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych
Dostarczanie, integracja i utrzymanie złożonego środowiska
Utrzymanie standardów jakości, aby zapewnić najlepszą obsługę klienta
Poprowadzisz warsztaty na miejscu oraz zdalne, demonstrujące rozwiązania i produkty Klienta oraz ich najnowsze funkcje.

Nie martw się, jeśli nie masz doświadczenia w niektórych punktach – firma zapewni dla Ciebie szkolenia

WYMAGANIA:

Licencjat (licencjat lub inne równoważne stopnie techniczne)
Ponad 5 lat doświadczenia jako inżynier oprogramowania/infrastruktury
Doświadczenie z serwerami aplikacji – Apace Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic
Środowisko bazy danych (SQL)
Silny Linux i skrypty w Pythonie, Shellu itp.
Doświadczenie i znajomość systemów informatycznych przedsiębiorstwa
Tło sieciowe – konfiguracja i obsługa
Silne możliwości rozwiązywania problemów/debugowania
Doświadczenie w pracy z kontami globalnymi

Zdolność/chęć podróżowania w razie potrzeby
Musisz być w stanie pracować w elastycznych godzinach zgodnie z potrzebami klientów
