• Handling administration, coordination, and management of assigned study tasks
• Maintaining proactive communication with clinical service providers
• Ensuring review of all homecare documentation aligns with GCP and study-specific requirements within specified timeframes
• Coordinating responses from clinical service providers to inquiries
• Keeping Documents and Study Files up-to-date as per GCP and study-specific needs
• Supporting audits to ensure preparedness for inspections
• Aiding in Home Health Design, study execution, and closure processes
• Assisting with standard metric reporting and distribution
• Providing timely updates to all internal stakeholders
• Ensuring high satisfaction levels among internal stakeholders
• Adhering to ICH/GCP, IATA, Data Privacy, and other relevant regulations
• Monitoring the flow of incoming study documents
• Following up with homecare providers for pending agency/clinician documents
• Managing internal files including clinician/CSM documentation and CRM data entry
• Completing any other assigned tasks

• Life Science degree holder is eligible to apply
• Familiarity with recording, filing, and tracking order fulfillment progress
• Proficiency in receipt and input of new and revised Physician Order Forms (POFs)
• Language proficiency in German, French, or Greek (other than Polish & English)
• Expertise in managing supply storage area
• Skills in equipment and supplies inventory management and shipping
• Knowledge in maintaining adequate shipping and ancillary supplies
• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Well-organized with multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Adherence to timelines and due dates
• Proactive nature with a commitment to quality outcomes
