WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  1. A finance professional with 5+ years of experience and strong RTR process knowledge
  2. A person experienced in team management with solid listening, and communication skills – verbal and written
  3. A candidate with proven stakeholder leadership skills, including cooperation with external partners, ready to work in a fast-paced, diverse and multinational organization
  4. A person with strong coordination, control, and liaising skills and business acumen
  5. An individual with the ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, growth mindset, and digital readiness
  6. A candidate with functional knowledge of SAP
  7. A candidate experienced in KPI design and management is desirable

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
  1. Responsible for the cluster/market execution of R2R Intercompany processes and technology towards one global standard across PMI, BPO, IBS, and Central Teams
  2. Ensure all control requirements including SOX, PMI Principles and Practices, Finance Accounting Standards are met for R2R Intercompany processes
  3. Responsible to monitor the cluster/market KPIs for BPO performance; identify risks & issues for escalation
  4. Implement R2R transformation projects, continuous improvement, simplification, standardization & automation with tangible efficiencies and cost reductions
  5. Responsible to keep frequent and close communication with the market teams to anticipate/adopt any transformation of the business requiring Intercompany process modification
