The Product Manager PEEI (Poland, Eastern Europe, and Israel) for Acute Care & Sage portfolio has an advanced level of responsibility and is looking to become a specialist within the Product Categories, to supports the strategic direction and the execution for the portfolio growth through internal and external initiative as part of the Annual Marketing Plan.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for multi-countries (Poland, Eastern Europe, and Israel), and for multi-product categories (Acute Care & Sage)
  • Drive Annual Marketing Plan in alignment with all the internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develops, drives, and has ownership in local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results in accordance with the Annual Marketing Plan
  • Provides support to Marketing managers in the development and sales support of segments
  • Performs sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations
  • Gathers internal and external market insights, learning trends etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
  • Develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches at local level
  • Develops sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign execution
  • With support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Provide direct sales support in the field

Education & special trainings:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred

Qualifications & experience:

  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years pharma/medical device or marketing/sales experience required
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
