Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and expertise on technical matters across development functions
  • Address intricate technical challenges and enhance software to meet specific customer requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions, responding to complex technical inquiries related to the organization's products
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product integration
  • Estimate costs, resources, and time needed to modify products to align with customer needs
  • Apply software design principles to research, design, and develop new products
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure products are tailored to suit customer needs
  • Maintain awareness of architectural standards, business IT roadmap, and relevant technical landscape
  • Support project managers in designing and transitioning new applications, while adhering to set standards
  • Conduct workshops to share knowledge and maintain development standards
  • Provide expert technical support for manufacturing systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Offer assistance for application/service interruptions and communicate ongoing issues promptly

Basic Qualifications:

We seek professionals with the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5 years of software development experience in a large-scale organization
  • Experience creating technical solutions using innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with business processes and IT tools in the manufacturing domain
  • Ability to execute technical services within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Up-to-date knowledge of service operations and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills and client management abilities
  • Understanding of information system services delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across different organizational units
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with incident/ticket management and ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Automation Systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise-scale transactional systems
  • Trained in Privileged Access Management
  • Expertise in change control, root cause analysis, and release management
