We are in search of highly skilled professionals to join our SAP Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive process and technical SAP knowledge to support developments in our SAP ECC and S/4Hana systems alongside colleagues in Hamburg and Gdansk across various FI processes.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, risk, sustainability, and corporate communications departments in Hamburg and globally, responsible for creating and implementing new functions, providing process consulting, and supporting finance and accounting processes in SAP.
  • Work on additional topics such as support in global tax matters and aiding the Internal Control System within the SAP GRC system.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table, drive operational process advancements, and implement cutting-edge technologies within the team.
  • Engage in cross-team collaboration and innovative thinking as a natural part of your daily routine.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in customizing and working across all SAP FI modules.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, particularly in Finance, Accounting, Risk, Payments, Treasury, Controlling, and Procurement.
  • Relevant experience in developing, customizing, and implementing complex SAP landscapes with a focus on optimizing business and IT processes.
  • Knowledge in tax topics such as Withholding Tax, VAT, and tax reporting, including activities for countries like Portugal, Angola, Spain, Poland, etc.
  • Openness to learning about sustainability and its reporting requirements.
  • Collaborative and empathetic mindset to empower business colleagues through solutions.
  • Experience with agile methods like Scrum or as a Product Manager is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in an international setting and proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of HL IT Product and previous experience in logistics or transportation are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the container shipping business is a plus.
