Role Description

We're looking for a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter to join our remote team. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. No prior experience required - we offer fully paid training to bring you up to speed.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian for effective communication with clients and candidates
  • A valid European Union passport for a fully paid training trip to Athens, Greece for the initial four months
  • Available to start in May and eager to become part of our team
