Position Overview

  • Achieve sales goals, including sell-in, sell-out, off-take, and market share targets,
  • Oversee Key Accounts LSO across all aspects - sales, new listings,
  • Supervise the NPD process, product portfolio, and products' lifespan,
  • Propose strategies for each Key Account and execute the agreed-upon action plan,
  • Negotiate Trade Terms & contracts with Key Accounts,
  • Lead a team and foster their professional skills and competencies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales targets are met for each Key Account,
  • Establish and execute account plans for each Key Account,
  • Cultivate and manage business relationships with Key Accounts at both central and local levels,
  • Manage AkzoNobel shares in the LSO market and each Key Account through actions focused on portfolio management and NPIs,
  • Plan sales support activities, including promotions and merchandising efforts,
  • Align AkzoNobel's strategy with the customer's strategy, considering GSV, NSV targets, sales margins, account receivables, and other factors,
  • Implement agreed contracts with each Key Account within the specified provisions, guidelines, and timelines,
  • Supervise a team, ensuring sales goals are attained and corporate policies are followed.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher education qualification,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Team and Key Account management,
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages,
  • Valid driving license, category "B",
  • Clean criminal record,
  • Mobile and willing to travel nationally,
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure,
  • Strong analytical and computer skills (SAP, reports, BI, etc.),
  • Excellent negotiation abilities,
  • Team-focused and task-oriented.
