Junior Collection Specialist with Italian

Review orders on hold and resolve credit hold issues.
Address any customer queries concerning billing, orders, credit notes, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Respond to emails from internal teams and customers.
Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect past due balance or negotiate an acceptable payment plan.
Use internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have been unresponsive.
Follow-up with overdue accounts on regular basis.
Maintain records of all collection activities.
Execute an employee backup plan.
Create and/or update desktop procedures.
Our requirements Proficiency in English and Italian.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies.
Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of collections procedures and credit policies.
Basic Excel knowledge.
Basic knowledge of SAP transactions.
