Are you a seasoned software engineer with a passion for building scalable micro-services that handle massive amounts of data and form the backbone of customer-facing managed services?
We are a growing SaaS-centered company that helps our enterprise customers plan, analyze, and optimize their IT spending across traditional and cloud infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer is passionate about building large scale services optimized for performance, efficiency, and handling lots of data. You will be responsible for designing new services, revamping existing ones, and guiding the team's overall system design and architecture.

Responsibilities:
You will work with your scrum team to deliver impactful and valuable features bi- weekly. You will personally own end-to-end features from concept to design to production, and partner with product managers, other engineers, and other teams to achieve high-quality solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Passion, energy, and the desire to work very hard to deliver cool software.
- Object-oriented software engineering with Java.
- Able to work with complex object (data) models and business rules.
- Collaborative work style; effective communication; cross-functional teamwork.
- Able to work with product management, field staff and customers to clarify requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience delivering commercial software; familiarity with common roles and responsibilities, product and release life cycle, source code and change management, etc.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English language skills
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical leadership experience in building and delivering complex software systems.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with customers, product management, and senior management to deliver value to the market.
- Robust knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Experience developing Platform applications that are used across the company by other teams and understanding the impact of this architecture in a deployment environment.
- Experience building large applications at scale using modern best practices, documenting technical solutions.
- Experience with AWS development and application tools.
- Open to work with other technologies like , Terraform, Batch processing, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
