The ideal candidate will provide business leadership, drive requirements analysis, and serve in a part-time Scrum Master capacity while fostering stakeholder collaboration in our evolving BizDevOps environment. This position requires someone who can balance business architecture expertise with Scrum Master responsibilities, possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, and maintains unwavering focus on business outcomes through effective stakeholder collaboration.Responsibilities you'll haveGathering and analysis for business solutionsServe as Scrum Master for the team (approximately 30% of role)Design and document business architecture artifacts (case types, processes, etc.)Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholdersDrive business outcomes through effective solution design Expected competencesMinimum 5+ years of Pega business architecture experience with proven LBA experiencePrevious experience as LBA in at least one full Pega implementation projectStrong understanding of Pega's Case Management framework and DCO methodologyExperience translating complex business requirements into Pega solutionsProficient in Pega's business architecture tools and approachesFlexible approach to tackle various tasks beyond traditional LBA responsibilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levelsProblem-solving attitude with strong facilitation skillsScrum Master experience or strong willingness to learn is mandatoryNice to have: Scrum Master certification, financial services industry experience, knowledge of financial services business processes Technologies you'll work withPEGA Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
