Junior Settlement AccountantMiejsce pracy: ŁódźYour responsibilities
  • Registration of invoices in the invoice circulation system
  • Posting invoices in the accounting system, issuing correction notes, entering transfers into the banking system, settling domestic and foreign business trips
  • Reconciliation of settlements with clients and employees
  • Preparing data for month and year closing
  • Posting bank statements
  • Support in preparing data for audits
  • Support in preparing summaries, analyzes and reports
  • Participation in the preparation of GUS and NBP declarations and other reports to public institutions in accordance with applicable requirements and regulations
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company
Our requirements
  • Secondary or higher education in economics (accounting, finance)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the accounting department
  • Proficient computer skills, very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and e-mail
  • Knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High analytical skills
  • Knowledge of English and/or French or German.
