We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst with a strong background in banking products to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in both business and system analysis, excellent communication skills in English, and confidence in working with large volumes of data. Expected competences and knowledgeMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis in financial markets, banking, or payments areaKnowledge of UML and BPMN as well as modeling tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Bizagi)Proficiency in SQL and database systemsExperience working with Jira and ConfluenceExperience working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP)Experience in integration projects and data mapping is a plusFamiliarity with microservice architecture, system integration, REST API, and Kafka is a plusStrong analytical thinking, systematic approach, accuracy, and quality orientationCreativity and problem-solving skillsVery good command of English (minimum communicative, C1 level preferred) Responsibilities you'll haveConducting feasibility analysis of projects related to banking products, both for retail and corporate clientsDesigning business processes, use cases, sequence diagrams, and system models Preparing technical specifications for IT solutionsCollaborating with developers, testers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycleEnsuring compliance of implementation with analytical documentationData mapping and analysis of integration processesSupporting testers in defining acceptance criteria and verifying the correctness of implemented solutionsMaintaining requirements documentation Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
