You will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the quality of their core, business-critical software applications. This role is central to a key project focused on modernizing their internal systems, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and efficient. You will be instrumental in driving the automation strategy forward, contributing directly to the stability and performance of platforms that support thousands of users and complex insurance processes, ultimately impacting the client's success in a competitive market.Your main responsibilities:Create, develop, and maintain automated tests in UFT OneDesign and execute API tests (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or UFT API TestingCollaborate closely with the development team and analysts to ensure high software qualityAnalyze test results, report defects, and support the resolution processParticipate in test planning, estimations, and the continuous improvement of QA processesContribute to the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the testing and deployment cycleYou're ideal for this role if you have:A minimum of 5 years of experience in test automationAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation using UFT OneProficiency in writing scripts in VBScriptStrong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP), including authorization, headers, and response statusesExperience with test and defect management tools, particularly JIRAFamiliarity with XML and JSON data formatsA solid understanding of fundamental CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins, Git)Excellent teamwork and communication skills for interacting with technical teamsA proactive approach to problem-solving and improving test processesStrong organizational and independent work skillsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
