Cost Cutter / Cost Reduction SpecialistMiejsce pracy: BydgoszczYour responsibilities
  • Review and analyze the company’s financial statements, budgets, and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Evaluate current operational processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure more favorable terms and lower costs for goods and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve resource utilization, and lower overall operational costs.
  • Track departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with cost reduction goals and identifying deviations that require corrective action.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost-saving initiatives and their impact on the company’s financial performance.
  • Work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure cost-cutting measures do not adversely affect operations or employee morale.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in cost reduction to continuously drive efficiency improvements.
Our requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost analysis, financial management, or a similar role, with a track record of successful cost reduction initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
