Dzięki autorskiej Metodyce ProjectUP® pomagamy Klientom z branży eCommerce osiągać mierzalne rezultaty biznesowe – od generowania ruchu, przez optymalizację konwersji, po zwiększanie wartości życiowej klienta (LTV).


Pracujemy z zespołem seniorskich ekspertów (10-17 lat doświadczenia), oferując kompleksową obsługę marketingową dla sklepów internetowych. Jesteśmy oficjalnymi partnerami Google, Meta i edrone.


Obecnie poszukujemy: Senior Performance Specialist

Twoje obowiązki:

  • Strategiczne planowanie i prowadzenie kampanii Google Ads i Meta Ads dla sklepów eCommerce

  • Optymalizacja całego lejka sprzedażowego – od generowania ruchu po zwiększanie ROAS i LTV klienta

  • Codzienna kontrola wydatków i wyników, proaktywne reagowanie na zmiany

  • Cotygodniowe statusy z klientami oraz comiesięczne sesje retrospektywne

  • Raportowanie biznesowe – koncentracja na celach klienta, nie tylko metrykach kampanii

  • Bieżący, bezpośredni kontakt z klientem – jesteś ekspertem, do którego klient ma bezpośredni dostęp

  • Współpraca z wewnętrznym zespołem (graficy, UX, SEO, marketing automation) nad kompleksowymi projektami wzrostu


Nasze wymagania:

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w performance marketingu dla eCommerce (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w skalowaniu sklepów internetowych i optymalizacji ROAS

  • Strategiczne myślenie biznesowe – potrafisz łączyć metryki kampanii z celami biznesowymi klienta

  • Znajomość Google Analytics, Merchant Center, GTM

  • Samodzielność i proaktywność – wychodzimy z inicjatywą, nie czekamy na polecenia

  • Wysokie umiejętności analityczne i zdolność do szybkiego podejmowania decyzji


Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość Looker Studio / BigQuery

  • Doświadczenie z Marketing Automation (edrone, GetResponse, salesMANAGO)

  • Znajomość metodyk skalowania eCommerce (testy A/B, optymalizacja LTV, strategie Black Friday/świąteczne)
