Currently, for one of our clients, an international production company, we are seeking the best person to take on a role as a Process Engineer.

As a Process Engineer you will report directly to Head of Technology and Process department. This role is responsible for implementations and supervision of technological production processes. In addition to that you will implement new products and take responsibility for modernizations and technological improvements aimed at improving quality and reducing production costs (reducing material and labor consumption).

Your responsibilities

• Improve the efficiency of existing processes by automating them and implementing solutions that improve efficiency
• Establish time standards for technological processes
• Create/change the technology of configurable/non-configurable products and semi-finished products in the M3 system
• Optimize production processes
• Taking an active part in the process of implementing new products, exchanging existing experiences and introducing innovative solutions
• Perform calculations
• Solve quality problems
• Consider and implement ideas of production employees
• Track and implement innovative components used in the production and painting processes
• Implement new technologies
• Prepare job instructions
• Perform production data analyses

Employer requirements

• Must have min. 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and production processes
• Knowledge of designing process tools
• Knowledge about machines and devices used in the production process
• Experience in optimization of production processes, time measurement, operation of the production management system (M3), Project management
• Knowledge of systems such as MRP/ERP/CRM/MES
• Knowledge of management concepts incl. Kaizen, Lean Management, TQM, Six Sigma
• Experienced AutoCAD and CAD (or similar) user
• Degree in Engineering
• English min B2/C1 level and Polish as mother language
• Proficient in MS Office
• ‘Can-do’ attitude with a pro-active approach
• Result/task and action oriented with motivating skills and drive
• Decision-making ability
• Ability to think analytically and prospectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with various teams
• Very good organization and time-management skills to achieve goals within given deadlines
• Effective problem-solving capabilities, self-motivated
• Ability to work both independently and with diverse team
• Flexibility to travel internationally
