Apply todayKey responsibilitiesDesign, execute, and automate performance and load tests using JMeter.Build performance scripts in Python or Shell and integrate them into CI/CD (Jenkins).Develop UI automation for performance and end-user experience testing.Monitor and analyse metrics with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.Troubleshoot performance issues using logs and SQL queries.Work in a Kubernetes + AWS environment with RDS databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora).Ideal candidate profile4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, with CI/CD integration experienceStrong JMeter skills (Gatling or Locust is a plus)Solid scripting skills in Python and/or ShellExperience with UI automation for performance testing, as well as QL/log analysis expertisePractical knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and KubernetesExperience with AWS, especially RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora)Proficiency in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, SplunkClear communication skills, ability to explain performance findings clearly.
