Manager Centralnego Contact Centre

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie kilkunastoosobowymi zespołami konsultantów odpowiedzialnymi za obsługę telefoniczną (połączenia przychodzące) i mailową
  • Szkolenie i motywowanie zespołów
  • Wyznaczanie wskaźników, monitorowanie jakości pracy konsultantów
  • Optymalizacja procesów obsługi klientów
  • Współpraca z wewnętrznym działem IT wdrażającym rozwiązania systemowe
  • Wsparcie operacyjne we wdrożeniu i rozwoju systemów operacyjnych Contact Center
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz dla Dyrektora Działu Sprzedaży
  • Bezpośrednia współpraca z działem medycznym, sprzedaży i obsługi klienta


Nasze wymagania:

  • Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu Contact Centre
  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Gotowość do wzmożonej pracy mobilnej w pierwszym roku zatrudnienia
  • Umiejętności liderskie i interpersonalne
  • Inicjatywa oraz nastawienie na realizację celów
  • Znajomość systemów wykorzystywanych w centrach, CRM, narzędzi analitycznych zwłaszcza Excel
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
  • Mile widziana dyspozycyjność do rozpoczęcia współpracy w kwietniu
