Core Competencies:
Advanced expertise in Go, including concurrency patterns, error management, and API development.
Designing and implementing RESTful APIs as well as asynchronous messaging systems.
Experience with observability and metrics collection using tools like OpenTelemetry or Prometheus.
Strong problem-solving skills for debugging distributed systems.
Performance profiling and optimization of Go applications.
Working with containerization (Docker) and container-based development environments.
Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and clear communication with stakeholders.
Writing maintainable, well-tested code with a focus on test-driven development.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal or Cadence.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
Experience mentoring engineers and promoting software architecture best practices.
Understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
Working with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of networking protocols and service mesh technologies.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
