Lubimy rozwijać skrzydła przy dużych produkcjach, ale nie boimy się krótkich deadlinów, produkując materiały, które zaskakują jakością i kosztami.


Aktualnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: Traffic Manager


Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:

  • zarządzanie obłożeniem pracą 21-osobowego zespołu – przypisywanie członków zespołu do zadań z uwzględnieniem ich umiejętności i dostępności, monitorowanie obłożenia pracą,
  • ocena czasu i zaangażowania na nowych projektach,
  • wsparcie szefa zespołu w optymalizacji wykorzystania zasobów firmy.


Wymagamy:

  • minimum dwóch lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w agencji reklamowej,
  • praktycznej znajomości metodologii i narzędzi zarządzania projektami,
  • znajomości specyfiki pracy działu kreacji/designu,
  • umiejętności oceny czasu potrzebnego do zrealizowania zadań (kreacja, design),
  • miłego nastawienia do ludzi = doskonałej umiejętności komunikacji,
  • asertywności, ale też empatii i otwartości,
  • mocnych umiejętności organizacyjnych, które umożliwiają zarządzanie wieloma projektami i czasem pracy różnych zespołów,
  • umiejętności efektywnego przydzielania zasobów, w celu zapewnienia optymalnej produktywności zespołów i projektów.
