We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finanacial Service Analytical application (OFSAA) Entrprise Risk Managment Tech/Functional Consultant to join our team, focusing on managing and optimizing our OFSAA ERM module (BASEL,ICAAP, etc) .

In this role you’ll be responsible for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) covering BASEL, ICAAP, CRA and Reconciliation modules. Responsible for analysing existing implementations, enhancing application rules, and managing data loading processes (T2T, DT, PLSQL). Works closely with risk management stakeholders to align solutions with regulatory and business requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

Analysis of Data Model Management, Rules Run Framework, Data Management Tools.

Analysis the business requirements and how to convert them to technical implementation.

Performing performance tuning on OFSAA Cycle processes to ensure fast and efficient data loading, processing and reporting.

Understand the Informatica ETL solution and how it interacts with OFSAA.

Design / re-design the OFSAA ERM reconciliation module.

Implement OFSAA Reconciliation rules.

Analysis and redesign DT rules include good knowledge of PLSQL and Oracle DB Performance techniques.

Implementing robust error handling and logging mechanisms within ETL solutions.

Collaborating with data architects and business users to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.

Applying a strong understanding of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) lifecycle and data modeling concepts.


We are looking for someone, who:

✅Has 5-6 hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), specifically in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) modules (BASEL, ICAAP, CRA, Reconciliation)

✅Understands data model management, rules run framework, and data management tools within OFSAA

✅Can analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations

✅Is experienced in enhancing application rules, redefining DT rules, and managing T2T, DT, and PL/SQL-based data loading processes

✅Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills

✅Has proficiency in English at a strong conversational level (C1)

✅Is willing to travel to Riyadh within the first 3 months of employment

✅Is open to working on Sundays and public holidays, in alignment with the client’s working hours
