Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert consultation on transformation projects, focusing on business-oriented, innovative approaches in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market, competition, customer, and SWOT analyses to derive strategic implications.
  • Develop digital strategies and new directions for competitive positioning in healthcare.
  • Lead transformation projects focused on digitization and customer-centricity.
  • Generate new business potentials, including ideas for products, services, and processes through prototyping and product vision creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategy and transformation projects, utilizing project management methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.


Skills and Attributes for Success:


  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to both the big picture and detail-oriented execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders using appropriate terminology and fit-for-purpose communication.
  • Adaptability and proactivity in a continuously changing environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations.


Must have:

  • Experience or strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, health insurance companies, or medical manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English.
  • Experience or interest in digital strategy, transformation, or digital product development.
  • Analytical and precise work style, with experience in agile and user-centered methods.


Nice to have:


  • A degree in business administration, informatics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare.
  • Proficiency in another European language.
  • Experience working in consulting companies.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
