  • Design and develop new insurance products, including pricing, terms & conditions, IPID, POG documentation, and policy forms
  • Monitor market trends and benchmark with competitors to drive product innovation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and solution-driven approach
  • Ensure compliance with AXA Group internal control standards and underwriting guidelines
  • Support Sales and E-commerce Department in negotiations during renewals and tenders
  • Identify and analyze possible risks and develop necessary mitigation options
  • Actively participate in implementing new businesses and ensuring main processes are covered from A-Z
Our requirements
  • Basic knowledge of travel insurance and partial knowledge of other P&C risks welcome, ideally in insurance/assistance company
  • General knowledge of product and risk management
  • Problem-solving skills, strong result orientation, and self-motivation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Communication skills
  • Very good command of English, native Polish
  • Ability to commute to Warsaw office twice a week
