The product manager will be responsible for owning the full roadmap, managing cross-team dependencies (engineering, compliance, design, etc), and crafting a growth strategy to scale user adoption and retention in an eWallet (eMoney licensed).Who is the Product Manager at XTB?You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.Key Responsibilities: Develop wallet growth strategy via user segmentation (e.g., high-frequency spenders, savers, cross-border users); prioritize features like top-ups, multi-currency, and seamless integrations; analyze metrics (adoption, LTV, churn) using data dashboards and different analysis.The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.
