Twój zakres obowiązków
  • kierowanie, motywowanie i szkolenie kilkuosobowego zespołu
  • organizacja, planowanie wydajnej i skutecznej pracy zespołu
  • raportowanie o wynikach do bezpośredniego przełożonego
  • dbałość o wygląd działu zgodnie z zasadami VM obowiązującymi w danym sezonie
  • rekrutacja, szkolenie nowych pracowników, kontrola obsługi klienta,
  • realizacja założonych budżetów


Nasze wymagania
  • doświadczenie na stanowisku kierownika sklepu,
  • nastawienie na osiąganie wyznaczonych celów
  • chęć rozwoju zawodowego i stałego podwyższania kompetencji
  • umiejętności sprzedażowe
  • odpowiedzialności za wysoki standard firmy
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
