Twój zakres obowiązków:

  •  Organizacja pracy podległego zespołu administracji, a tym samym:
  •  zapewnienie prawidłowego zarządzania administracją firmy i funkcjonowania biura,
  •  zapewnienie dostaw potrzebnych artykułów i wyposażenia,
  •  utrzymywanie płynnej współpracy z firmami zewnętrznymi świadczącymi usługi na rzecz KMPOL
  •  dbanie o jak najlepsze warunki pracy dla naszych pracowników
  •  Bieżąca współpraca operacyjna z klientem wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym
  •  Piecza nad dokumentacją i umowami firmowymi
  •  Współpraca z HQ w Norwegii
  •  Współtworzenie budżetu jednostki organizacyjnej


Nasze wymagania:

  •  Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodna komunikację z naszymi zagranicznymi partnerami i wspólpracownikami z HQ w Norwegii
  •  Dzięki posiadanemu doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem (minimum 2 lata) będziesz mógł/ła profesjonalnie poprowadzić nasz zespól specjalistów w dziale Business Support
  •  Doświadczenie w administracji, koordynacji pracy biura (minimum 4 lata)

  • wykształcenie prawnicze, które ułatwi Ci sprawne procesowanie umów z naszymi kontrahentami
