This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with startup clients and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. If you have a strong technical foundation and proven experience in project management, we’d love to hear from you


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in Project Management or a related role with leadership or supervisory responsibilities, ideally with a technical background.
  • Knowledge of agile (Scrum/Kanban) project management methodology, with an understanding of when and how to blend practices for best results.
  • Skilled at facilitating technical and business conversations with clients, ensuring alignment between their business goals and our technical solutions.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills to handle both team tasks and personal workload efficiently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
  • Self-motivated and ready to tackle new challenges, with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for team and client understanding.
  • Nice to have: understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on a successful final product.


Preferred Skills:

  • Background in presales activities, such as conducting client interviews, crafting statements of work, and creating project estimates.
  • Experience in the software development field.
  • Understanding of user interface design and prototyping and how they contribute to a successful product development process
  • Experience in product development, especially within a startup setting, is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with startup clients and ready to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
