Our Client is planning Workday LMS implementation, which will be integrated with the client's internal systems. We are looking for a seasoned Consultant experienced in Workday support and implementation, with confirmation of their skills through Workday certificates.


What will you do?

  • Providing consulting, implementation, and support services in the implementation of LMS Workday in the eConsulting client's environment
  • Project support from the implementation side and WD configuration
  • Technical support for the solution
  • Conducting training for the client's employees in the area of ​​the implemented solution
  • Cooperation with the eConsulting technical team and designated clients' employees
  • Participation in Workday development and implementation
  • Collecting requirements/consultations/reporting progress
  • Application system support on 2nd / 3rd line IT support
  • Support design and configuration changes together with other team members for business users and partners
  • Constant contact with the client in terms of reporting work progress/preparing presentations/solving difficult situations
  • Contact the vendor


What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in conducting Workday implementation (at least 2-3 Workday LMS implementation from A to Z)
  • Knowledge of Workday system configuration/administration practices
  • Experience in managing/coordinating projects - preferred
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in working with cloud applications (Cloud Solutions) - welcome
  • ITIL
  • Familiarity in the field of Incident Management, Change Management - welcome
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (such as HP SM, JIRA, etc.) - welcome
