Process Excellence & Lean ManagerRecruitment for

our Client for the position of Process Excellence & Lean Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying, directing and managing the implementation of Lean enterprise and Sigma Logic projects on site in both manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Initiate and lead Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma to improve processes and implement improved manufacturing technologies
• Acting as a process excellence expert with proven capabilities that are aligned to the facility level and corporate Enterprise Excellence (EE) objective
• Leading yellow and green belts to lead, continuous improvement projects across the operation using various Process Excellence principles
• Promote culture of continuous improvement, LEAN thinking in the factory
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities and draw the road plan
• Standardize processes and build the forum for sharing the best practice;
• Reporting on progress of the Lean manufacturing projects, communicate the risks and opportunities, take actions necessary to ensure success, manage the cost budget,
• Managing relationships with external resources as support for internal projects.
• Development and dissemination of vision, mission, values, operating philosophy and annual objectives to align a common goal for all
• Implementation of project activities (conducting workshops for preparation, training and communication, participation in steering committees and project activities)
• Substantive support for problem-solving processes (problem solving), suggestion systems (idea management), performance management and leadership (leadership);

Employer requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• At least 2 years managing Operational Excellence initiatives at manufacturing site
• The ability to drive and align “operational excellence” strategy with that of the site and a global corporate program
• Good knowledge of LEAN / 5S
• Ability to design, develop, and implement a Lean sustainability roadmap
• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a "general manager's" point of view
• Successful experience in program management and ability to manage network and matrix relations
• Experienced in project and change management
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Good English skills (Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate)
• Strong personal accountability for project throughout its lifecycle
• Ability to think strategically
• Customer focus
• Interpersonal and communication skills

Optional

• Accredited certificate in lean management and/or six sigma Green or Black Belt certificate
• Experience with various industries such as pharmaceutics, medical device, automotive, aerospace, and other companies with established Continuous Improvement program
• Experience with multi-national and matrix organization
