Our mission is to ensure capabilities to address financial sector data-related needs.As a Data Engineer at Sollers, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows for our clients. You'll contribute to a variety of data initiatives, ensuring efficient and reliable data delivery. Whether you're passionate about creating data systems from the ground up or enhancing existing ones, you'll find plenty of opportunities to do both in this role.About the role. As a Data Engineer, you will:Work with data platforms such as Snowflake and DatabricksLeverage cloud technologies from Azure and AWSDesign, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for performance and reliabilityAdvise clients on tools, technologies, and architectural improvementsEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectivesContribute to agile project teams and engage directly with clientsAbout the requirements. You need:Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineeringHands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and pipeline developmentFamiliarity with diverse data sources (RDBMS, CDC, APIs, connectors, structured/semi-structured/unstructured files)Solid understanding of data warehouse modeling conceptsProficiency in SQL and PythonPractical experience with PySpark or a similar distributed data processing frameworkStrong command of English (B2/C1 level)Effective communication and teamwork skillsFull-time availabilityEligibility to work in the European UnionAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:Experience in the insurance industryHands-on knowledge of Snowflake or DatabricksFamiliarity with Azure Data FactoryFamiliarity with cloud data stacks (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with other data related tools (e.g. Airflow, Kafka)Fluency in French or GermanAbout our promises.
