We are a community of engineers and senior advisors who work with our clients across industries, playing a deep and meaningful role in accelerating and realizing their vision and strategy.About the positionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional expertise to join our team for a project with a vital insurance industry client. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets the client's specified quality standards and requirements. You will be expected to identify and report any bugs or glitches in a timely and effective manner. This role requires an individual with a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication abilities. Depending on your experience, you will also have the opportunity to introduce new testing tools, and contribute to the definition and improvement of our testing strategies, including but not limited to OWASP and ISO/IEC 27034..Key responsibilitiesReviewing and analyzing system specificationsPreparation of test strategies and detailed test plansDevelopment of test scripts and manual test scenariosExecuting automated and manual tests, and reviewing resultsEvaluate product according to specificationsReport and document technical issuesReport bugs and errors to development teamsHelp troubleshoot issuesConduct post-release/ post-implementation testingWork with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleSupport the process of Production deployments, from release preparations to post-deployment verificationCompetenciesProven experience as a Quality Assurance EngineerExperience in QA methodologyAbility to document and troubleshoot errorsTools: Postman, Cypress (experience with additional languages is considered an asset)Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence Analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracyСritical thinkingPatience and perceptivenessIndependence and drive to grow and learnBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldExperience in software development will be considered as an additional assetExcellent verbal communication skills are a mustExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a mustFluency in English is a mustWhat we offerContract under Polish law: B2B or Umowa o PracęBenefits such as private medical care, group insurance, Multisport cardThere are English classes availableHybrid work (at least 3 days/week on-site) in Warsaw (Mokotów)Opportunity to work with excellent professionalsHigh standards of work and focus on the quality of codeNew technologies in useContinuously learning and growthInternational teamPinball, PlayStation & much more (on-site)Interested?
